Elijah was born into a Christian home but became born again at the young age of thirteen and has been a devoted follower of Christ ever since. His commitment to his faith led him to become an active member of Timmins First Baptist Church in 2019, where he finds great joy in participating in various church activities and community programs.

Elijah has held several leadership roles throughout his spiritual journey. As a teenager, he served as the Prayer Leader for both his church’s youth fellowship and his high school’s Christian fellowship. His dedication continued into university, where he became a Christian counselor and later a team leader in the University of Benin (Nigeria) Christian Union Counseling Unit. His spiritual journey eventually led him to serve as a Youth Minister in his home church in Nigeria. Since 2022, Elijah has been a Kids Church Volunteer and a member of the Oversight Team (Board of Directors) at Timmins First Baptist Church.

Professionally, Elijah is a Project Manager with Ontario Power Generation (OPG), where his leadership and organizational skills are evident. He approaches his work with the same commitment to excellence that he applies to his faith.

Elijah is married to his lovely wife, Elizabeth, and together they have three wonderful children. Family is central to Elijah’s life, and he takes great pleasure in spending quality time with his loved ones. In his free time, Elijah enjoys reading, watching movies, listening to music, and staying active.
